EURO-POD Co. was founded in 2007 by two Serbian natural persons and 1 Hungarian legal person as a company specialised in the manufacture industrial floor structures.
We offer turn-key manufacture of industrial floors.
Our company disposes of experts and tools needed for the satisfactory implementation of works. (laser screed, simple and double plate concrete finishing machines, laser levelling device, dilatational profiling devices, vibro-slats, sidings etc.)
Industrial flooring is designed in accordance with the loading required by the customer, and together with our steel fibre supplier, we assume guarantee for the floors made by us.
Beyond industrial flooring, we also make esztrich concrete, manage and technically supervise construction works, resurface existing floors, fill cracks in new floors.
We are flexible and timely in responding to orders both for an area of 100-500 m2 and for an area of 1000- 10.000 m2 as well. Our speed in surface concreting is 800-1200 m2/day.
Our aim is to provide comprehensive high standard services for contractors and investors, while fully observing the set time schedule.
The possible types of industrial floors are:
- Concreting and machine finishing of base slabs or monolith floor spaces, (office buildings, underground garages and floors of residential houses)
- industrial floors anchored with steel or plastic fibres (workshops, warehouses, plants, agricultural storing rooms)
- floor-structures without dilatation and high precision level (induction warehouses)
- outdoor basalt pervious concrete covered areas and roads, based on pervious concrete or traveller standard, (farm yard, access roads, storing yards).
Based on customer demands, the floors are surface treated by hardeners of our proven suppliers, thus making them dust-free and abrasion resistant.
Our employees are backed with an experience gained in one of the leading Hungarian industrial floor producing companies from 1993 till 2004, and then worked as sub-contractors of Sagrada Co., a manufacturer of monolith reinforced steel constructions in 2005 and 2006. Since 2007, the company is the subcontractor of Ver-Bau Co. seated in Kecskemét.
The managers of Euro-pod Co. are the junior executives of the Hungarian company, and the manpower of the company gained experience in the Hungarian company as well.
All are holders of certificates, entitling them to do execution works relating to the use of various surface hardeners.
The activities of Euro-pod Co. cover Bulgaria as well, where, led by Ivo Dimov, the Trimonciumstroi Co. was founded.
Both Hungary and Bulgaria are EU members, hence our activities has been started there, but we would like to extend our activities to the Serbian market as well and want to be the first in the implementation of industrial floors.
The 15-year long experience of experts will facilitate achieving the adequate quality.
Industrial flooring indicated in the attached reference list were made by our work force, who at the indicated times were employed in other companies, referred to above.
